I enjoyed my stay with a comfortable room and friendly staff who helped with my bags. The location was convenient for visiting nearby attractions, making it easy to explore the area. the room was on the smaller side, and the absence of an elevator made transporting luggage a bit challenging.

Clean, cozy rooms that provide a touch of charm in this well-kept, older building. Location offers a pleasant walk to Kevingrove Park and nearby art galleries, adding a bit of culture to your stay.
The shampoo and conditioner are in dispensers, which might catch you off guard if you unpack your own. Some carpets have a noticeable odor, especially when windows are closed, and the top floor requires a bit of stair-climbing, which could be an issue for some. My room was slightly chilly at night, but that's just personal preference since I didn't want to disturb anyone figuring out the radiator. The TV remote didn’t seem to work, possibly needing a battery replacement.

great stay but limited dining options
The room offered a spacious setup with a large window allowing plenty of daylight which made working inside enjoyable. I appreciated the staff's eagerness to help with requests like late checkout and the quick response to my query about a lost item that was mailed back to me.
The dining options felt quite limited and could use some improvement.

had a super comfy room with a clean and spacious bathroom. the heated towel rail was def a nice touch. beds were really nice too, got some solid sleep. staff were really polite and friendly, especially kevin who helped us with our bags. location was great, just about a 15-min walk to city center n we loved our 3 nights here.
only thing was the walls were pretty thin, could sometimes hear voices from the next room and i wish there were a lift for the stairs, especially with luggage.

missingWrote a review on 28 Mayconvenient locationcomfortable bedsnoisy environment
Conveniently located near the West End, offering easy access to various good restaurants and city attractions. The rooms are comfortable enough for a city trip, and the bedding ensures cozy nights after long days exploring.
Noise levels can be an issue, particularly for rooms facing the street or with thin walls, which may bother light sleepers. The lack of a lift is inconvenient for those hauling heavy luggage, and the rooms tend to be smaller than advertised, making maneuverability around the bed challenging. breakfast options seemed pre-prepared and low-quality, with overcooked toast that didn't meet expectations.

The twin rooms offered were exceptionally clean and quiet, perfect for a restful overnight stay. Friendly staff provided a seamless check-in experience from 1 pm and ensured everything was to our satisfaction. The location in the West End was excellent, with various dining options nearby, including a spot known for burgers. the lack of functional straighteners in the room was a minor inconvenience.
